Vintage Towle Royal Windsor Silver Flatware Set & Case 72 Piece Silverware Bid to own this stunning post 1940 Towle Windsor sterling silver flatware set with anti-tarnish wood box. This great silverware set is 72 pieces total and comes in a felt lined wooden box for safe keeping. Box is in great condition with only minor scratches from normal use. Silverware shows some slight signs of age but is in overall excellent condition. No items are bent. The set consists of the following; 8 knives, 8 small teaspoons, 9 large teaspoons, 8 soup spoons, 8 dinner forks, 8 salad forks, 8 bread knives, 8 cocktail forks, 1 ladle, 2 serving spoons, 2 serving forks, 1 sugar spoon, and 1 butter knife. 72 pieces total. Box measures about 16x12x4 inches. Direct from the home of a lovely woman in her mid 80s who is originally from Long Beach. She consigned this to me to sell for her.
