The Tureen is beautifully decorated with Repousse and Bright Cut designs throughout, honestly much nicer than my photos show. The Tureen is marked on the bottom, for the fine American Victorian Period firm of Simpson, Hall, Miller & Co. and the Tureen is Quadruple Silver Plate, the finest one could purchase at the time. The Tureen is in fine all original condition, the inside shows scratches and pitting from use, but this would never been seen anyway and the outside is in great condition for the age, as the photos show it displays beautifully. The Tureen is a nice size for use and display, measuring approx 9-1/2" wide by 14-1/2" tall. I am sure the new owner will be quite happy with their new antique treasure for display.
