The Bowl is truly stunning with some of the most beautiful Repousse Designs I have seen, honestly much nicer than my photos show. The Bowl is marked on the bottom for one of the finest Silver Plate companies in the world, Barker Ellis and shows their SM mark, which I am told denotes that all the Mounts are actually Solid Sterling Silver, the finest quality one could hope to find. The Bowl is a nice large example, perfect for floating several Rose Blossoms in water measuring approx 8" across the top by 6" tall. The Bowl shows some wear to the Copper on the outside and the inside shows more wear, but I like my Antiques to look Antique, so I think it displays beautifully. You could also have it re-plated and it would be truly stunning ! These Large Rose Bowls are always very, very popular when I can find them.
