This is a lot or set of 6 large antique matching flatware dinner knives, each 9¾" long. Also, each knife features a hollow handle and rounded silver plated French blade. The pattern is called VINTAGE. It was manufactured by the 1847 Rogers Bros - XS TRIPLE, and it dates back to 1904! There are no monograms on the knives. This is a relatively heavy, very substantial set of silver. It's also a VERY heavily collected flatware pattern, according to my silverware book. The pattern is really lovely with raised clusters of grapes and curling vines and leaves and cables up and down each handle. Overall condition for these knives is very good to excellent for all six. The pattern is very clear and sharp, has not dulled or "flattened" one bit! There's actually very little usage marks on the knives - and even the blades are in excellent shiny condition! You see virtually NO missing silver, NO corrosion, and NO pitting - which is remarkable for such old pieces of silver. Each knife shines very brightly, as illustrated in the photos below. You can place this flatware on your table as soon as you remove it from it's wrappings. About Shipping ... I will ship these 6 VINTAGE dinner knives to anywhere in the U.S. Sorry, but I cannot ship outside the U.S., as most European and Asian countries do not allow knives entry into their countries. I must receive payment 5 days after the close of the auction or I will re-list the item.
